Went to work during nisei, where I immediately posted up these wheels fs on zilvia, and a couple days later, a trade was done. my car is now on jack stands. hovercraft status yet again. Got these in the trade Ball bearing T66 T3 .63A/R and a f1spec type 2 carbon kevlar seat. I'll be selling both. hope to make more than what i was selling my rpf1s for. And since today was the last day I'd have the wheels on my car, I decided to do a quick little shoot this morning before class started. literally. backing out of my garage meant my body and freshly raised exhaust (hose clamp around hanger) scraping against the garage floor, making me power through the exit, then making a 20 pt turn out of the driveway. It's driveable. unless i feel the need to brake, turn, or cruise. Came back home from my 15 mph drive around the block with new treads in the front tires that the frame up front had generously carved into the tire. Quick pic before it went back into the garage via another 20 pt turn and mid-body scrape. "awww the wheels look so small and cuuute" i know... i know....
appy 86 day, all Finally got around to getting the new Nardi on. Spent hours of pulling on the steering wheel, turns out all i needed was 3 seconds with a steering wheel puller that I rented from Kragen. Sticks out just as much as the wood Nardi did with the giant hub since the slim-ness of the nrg hub gets cancelled out by the concave design of the wheel. |
